The OrderMore portal has a broad range of different reporting methods. When you’re in the dashboard, select the reporting menu for the location you want to do a report on. Go to reports. The following screen will show all previous reports that were generated.
Creating a report
Most reports have both a pdf and a comma separated value (CSV) version. The CSV version can easily be imported into spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel or accounting software.
To create a report, click on Create Report in the upper right corner. In the following dialog you can select the period on which to report, together with the kind of information you wish to report on.
For customers getting started with the OrderMore offerings, the Location Summary, Daily Turnover and additionally, the Turnover per Hour reports are very useful to keep track of their restaurant.
The customer reports provide an elaborate overview of things like payments receivable for customers, detailed customer information and customer payment status.
The User reports are used to give insights into the employee time registration. There are reports for basic time report overviews, detailed hourly reports and a user / employee performance report showing in-depth user tracking.
When the Ordermore platform has gathered enough data, it will be able to provide more in-depth analysis about certain processes in your restaurant. For example, our heat map, selectable from the reports menu, will provide insights into the utilization / profitability of, for example, certain tables in your restaurant:
On the top right you can select the period you want to see the heat map for. The heat map above is based on all the data from this year and shows that especially tables 301, 601, 701 and 7 generate the most revenue.
Tip: You can turn tables on and off in the heat map? The heat map will redistribute based on the tables that are active.
Another advanced report is the live chart, showing realtime information about the highest grossing employees, number of customers and revenue within a given period (again, selectable on the upper right side). Results can be show grouped by total or per booking and viewed per day, month or year.
